KAD4U was founded by me, Karl Andrews, in 2025. After more than four decades designing, building and fitting bespoke furniture - including 20 years co-running a previous company - I chose to return to a more focused, studio-based way of working.
Today, every project carries my direct involvement from concept to final installation.
My reputation has been built on three principles: clear communication, accountability and craftsmanship without compromise. The result is furniture that enhances your home not just today, but for years to come.

I personally source all materials from reputable local suppliers who share my commitment to the environment and quality. Where possible, I use FSC timber that’s harvested to protect biodiversity and the communities where it’s sourced.

From your initial idea to the final fitting, I carefully manage the entire process to ensure it stays clear and stress-free.
Starting with a free consultation, we’ll meet in your home to understand your space, your style and your practical needs. Then, I’ll draft detailed 2D AutoCAD designs to help you visualise the final look before work begins.
Once the designs are approved, I’ll get to work building your made-to-measure furniture in my Norfolk-based workshop. Using the best quality materials, responsibly sourced from my trusted network of local suppliers, the finished piece will complement your home and style.
Finally, I’ll personally oversee the final fit and finish to your exact specifications, ensuring clear communication from start to finish. That’s how I deliver results you'll love for years to come.
